Steve Sawyer calls himself "The Smartsheet Champion" at Scosche Industries where he works in product development. With Smartsheet, he has built an expansive and robust blueprint to manage all of his company's new product development from conception to delivery to retail outlets around the globe. Steve is married with three daughters, and in his spare time enjoys traveling, woodworking and home improvement projects.

Angie Badgett is the Senior Director for the Lincoln Clinical site at Celerion, a clinical research organization that works with pharmaceutical companies to test and support the development of new medicines. As a power user of Control Center, she used it last year for new employee onboarding and training, which she says has "revolutionized" the way the company brings on talent. She has presented in user groups about her team's integration of Brandfolder, and now serves on two corporate committees where Smartsheet plays a role in business operations.

Samuel Mueller has been a business analyst for six years in healthcare, and had used other products extensively before instantly hitting it off with Smartsheet. After switching to Smartsheet Advance, the increased functionality enabled him to redesign his project intake process while also creating several new automated processes, including a budget tracking tool and a system-wide balanced scorecard. When they're not talking about Smartsheet, Samuel and his wife spend time together on the lake, golf course, and traveling.

Vivian Rodriguez is the Director of Marketing Program Management at Freedom Mortgage. She has become the Smartsheet go-to subject matter expert internally, expanding her knowledge to other departments at the company by helping them build solution processes in the platform. She sits on the Smartsheet Marketing Advisory Council (MAC), and likes to spend time outdoors with her family or traveling to find new adventures.

As Program Manager for the Japan Alliance between Rackspace, KDDI and iret, Lisa Wagstaff often needs to work collaboratively across multiple companies, time zones, and languages. Smartsheet allows her to do that, with maximum flexibility to securely collect and share as much or as little information as needed, with varying levels of stakeholders - all in English and Japanese. She is the primary go-to Smartsheet expert at her company and with her external colleagues who are looking for collaboration in real-time.

Brian Richardson's work for the last 25 years has spanned project management, program management, and portfolio management. In his current PMO Tools & Resource Manager role at Iron Mountain, he has had the freedom to adopt and leverage tools like Smartsheet, and provides internal consulting for his peers. He's currently building a "Quick Start" package for Iron Mountain organizations to hit the ground running with their own Smartsheet implementations.

Emely Grisanty, Senior Project Manager at Avision Young, developed a platform in Smartsheet during the height of the pandemic that has now been rolled out to the US, Canada, Mexico, and parts of the UK, with expansion into EMEA planned for 2023. Her role has since transitioned from Construction Project Manager to managing Smartsheet across the board, growing 200 users strong and using Control Center, multi-level internal reporting with dashboards, and WorkApps that are project manager specific. She's excited to join the Overachievers and share and learn from likeminded people.

Chris Scroggins is an Operations Professional at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. At AbbVie, he founded and now leads a Smartsheet Governance Committee dedicated to maximizing Smartsheet utilization and collaboration amongst roughly 4,000 active Smartsheet users worldwide. On a personal level, Chris is a rare disease patient, a proud LGBTQIA+ advocate, and an avid surfer. As an Overachiever, he is both proud and excited to build relationships with other Smartsheet experts, facilitate product innovation, and leverage this unique experience to further drive Smartsheet utilization within his organization.

Sarah "Val" Valente White, MBA, PMP is a Marketing Project Manager at Berklee, where she serves the Boston Conservatory community by connecting artists and their performances with audiences locally and around the world. Smartsheet allows her team to collaborate across six departments and manage 800 unique events annually, while workflows and automation drive the school's digital program process in alignment with institutional sustainability goals. Outside of the office, Val can be found walking her two dogs, Rooster and Twiggy, gardening sunflowers, or swimming.

Having worked in the energy industry for over 15 years, Aaron Manley has spent the last four years using Smartsheet to improve processes and collaboration across his company, Williams. He has built an interdepartmental platform that tracks multiple aspects of construction for Tactical and Growth projects, totaling over 480 projects per year. He is a former Smartsheet Community Champion and Template Gallery winner, and spends his time camping, grilling, and playing board games with family and friends.

Meredith Albers is a Project Coordinator at Education Service Center Region 13, a non-regulatory agency that collaborates with Texas school districts to provide high-quality services, professional development and resources. After being introduced to Smartsheet in 2020, she has created an internal Smartsheet community with her coworkers where they "talk shop" about all things Smartsheet, including employee initiatives, trainings, and communications. Meredith enjoys exploring playgrounds with her family, hiking with her hound dog, and keeping her four plants alive.

Sofia Carolina Ruiz is a Studio Manager & Argentina Studio Lead at IQVIA, a leading global provider of advanced analytics technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. She says Smartsheet has transformed the way she works, managing and resolving over 625 support tickets, developing over 17 use cases and solutions, and creating more than 50 dashboards. Additionally, she has conducted over 50 hours of training for more than 200 people.
