The mobile experience was a big differentiator for me. The ease of use, from a mobile perspective, whether it’s on my phone or my iPad, is really key. When you’re balancing between seven projects, you need to be able to pull up the platform, work quickly wherever you are, and respond on the fly.
When I go to sites, while I’m still in my vehicle I pull up the mobile app to see how many people are in that area. I also utilize it to fill my reports for safety opportunities and things of that nature. I think that’s the biggest benefit, and everyone can do that right in the field.
